TDG series bucket elevator is a new-generation product developed by our company through the combination of learning from new foreign technology and domestic production and using practice. It is suitable for the vertical hoisting of dry, bulk, powdery materials or materials of small granule. Sh: Deep bucket: Used for conveying dry, loose, easily thrown powder or small pieces of materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain, etc.
Zh: Medium-deep bucket: Used for conveying wet and viscous materials, such as sugar, wet fine sand, crushed coal, fertilizer, etc.
Main Features

2. The transmission device is equiped with vertical shaft reducer and hydraulic coupler, as well as the reverse stop device, which can make the transmission device compact and flexible.It can not only make the equipment run smoothly, but also protect the motor reducer and traction parts, and also keep the material in stable state when it is stopped.
3. Long service life, good operational reliability, and the failure-free time can exceed 30,000 hours.
4. The belt with steel wire rope core, has good toughness, high strength.
5. The operation and maintenance are convenient, and there are little vulnerable parts, and the maintenance costs are more than 80% less than that for the common bucket elevator.
6. The steel core is protected by a rubber layer, which avoids abrasion during transportation, and the belt will not easily break laterally, which will cause cage collapse. However, block materials are likely to cause tear damage to the tape, so the bucket elevator is generally used in the occasion of lifting powder.
