Fertilizer Scale Belt Coal Feeder is equipping with frequency conversion motor and frequency regulator, the speed of belt will be adjusted automaticallyaccording to the actual capacity that you set up. It adopts dynamic constant weighing methods, frequency conversion control, belt automatic tension device, anti-deviation device, and site controlling switch.
Dosing Electronic Belt Scale by collecting the load cell signal, the motor speed signal (the inverter pulse signal or drum rotational speed signal ) calculate instantaneous flow, and compared with the given flow ,conduct the PID regulator operator to control the motor speed to achieve constant flow continuously ingredients.
