Product Description
The air slide conveyor can be used for cement, fly ash and other powdered materials that are easy to fluidize. Working Principle
The air slide conveyor uses air flow to transport bulk materials along the pipeline. There are three types: suction, pressure and hybrid. Its working principle is to use the kinetic energy of the air flow to make the bulk material in a suspended state along the air flow along the pipeline:
Suction type: After the exhaust fan starts, the entire system assumes a certain degree of vacuum. The air flow causes the material to enter the suction nozzle under the effect of the pressure difference, and is sent to the separator at the discharge place along the conveying pipe. The material is separated from the air flow and then separated The bottom of the device is discharged, and the airflow is purified by the dust collector and then discharged into the atmosphere through the muffler. The advantage is that the feeding is simple, and the material can be sucked from several places at the same time. But the transportation distance is short and the productivity is low. High sealing requirements.
Press feed: The blower presses the air into the conveying pipe, the material is fed from the feeder, the mixture of air and material is pressed to the discharge place along the conveying pipe, the material is discharged through the separator, and the air is discharged into the atmosphere after being purified by the dust collector . The characteristics are opposite to the suction type, which can transport materials to several places at the same time. The transportation distance is longer, the productivity is higher, but the structure is complex.
Hybrid: It is a combination of the above two forms.
