Large Output High Efficient Cement Bucket Elevator For Powdery Materials
Product Description
Bucket elevator has large throughput, great enhancing-height, stable and reliable operation, long life and other significant advantages. Hybrid-type or gravity discharge, earth-type loading. Application to transport packing density of less than 1.5t/m³, easy to take out the powder, granular, small block of low-mill cut materials, such as coal, cement ,gravel ,sand fertilizer, food and so on. Delivery temperature of the material does not exceed 250°C.
In terms of kiln feeding into kiln tail, raw material into the homogenization silo, and cement putting in storage in the new dry process cement plant, it is an ideal piece of alternative equipment for foreign products of the same specification.

Sh: Deep bucket: Used for conveying dry, loose, easily thrown powder or small pieces of materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain, etc.
Zh: Medium-deep bucket: Used for conveying wet and viscous materials, such as sugar, wet fine sand, crushed coal, fertilizer, etc.
Main Features

4. The belt with steel wire rope core, has good toughness, high strength.
5. The operation and maintenance are convenient, and there are little vulnerable parts, and the maintenance costs are more than 80% less than that for the common bucket elevator.
6. The steel core is protected by a rubber layer, which avoids abrasion during transportation, and the belt will not easily break laterally, which will cause cage collapse. However, block materials are likely to cause tear damage to the tape, so the bucket elevator is generally used in the occasion of lifting powder.
