High Quality YKS Series Sand Circular Vibrating Screen For Mining, Quarry
Product Description
YKS series circular vibrating screen is elaborately developed and designed by our company according to the specific situation of stone material factory of building industry and combined with feedback information from customers. The main shaft of the YKS vibrating screen is driven by the motor through universal joint or tire coupling, so that it can rotate at high speed. The vibration box with eccentric block produces centrifugal inertia force with the main shaft rotation, to make the vibrating body with free vibration generate approximately circular track vibration, then complete the screening operation. Compared with the middle vibrating screen, it has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, and less power consumption for screening each ton of materials.

Working Principle
This series of circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring, etc. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and rotated by the motor through the triangle belt to produce centrifugal inertia force and force the screen box to vibrate. The circular vibrating screen or called round vibrating screen is mounted in a seat. The adjustment of the screen inclination can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support. The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame, and can be installed on the right side of the screen frame. If there is no special requirement, the manufacturer installs the product according to the right side of the material movement direction.
